About the author of mylittlebookblog; Lizzy Baldwin

In a nutshell I’m Lizzy (spelt with a y) and I bloody love books. There’s no other way of putting it really. I’m a book worm, book hoarder, book reader, book lover, book blogger, book reviewer; any and all of those fit the bill. In the real world I’m a marketing assistant and I live in Stoke-on-Trent in England. You’ll often find me with my nose stuck in a book waiting for a bus wearing a brightly patterned tea dress with my hair a mess and boots on my feet no matter the weather. Historical fiction is my favourite genre if you’re wondering and I have secret adoration for anything pastel coloured. I speak fluent sarcasm and if you ever need me to do anything for you a packet of malteasers will often suffice.

Hi. I can’t figure out if there’s a contact me form somewhere on here or if I’m just missing it but I guess commenting directly works just as well. I’m trying to put together something where various book bloggers talk about their bookish and bloggish hopes for this next year, and I was wondering if you’d like to be apart of it. I won’t actually be posting it until late November/early December, but I’m getting on it now ’cause I’d just keep putting it off and putting it off and putting it off until it’s too late.
    Anyways.

Hi Lizzy, I too am a bookworm and I too have a blog! I find your blog absolutely beautiful. My blog is geared more toward photography of books and all things booky. I am interested to see how you go about your blog. I am new to this and I had a book review blog previously that nobody followed so I decided to try something different. As a bogger, what gets you most excited to write a post? I am so interested to keep following. Thanks for the great site!!

Lovely to hear from you, so glad you like the blog :3 Totally going to check out your blog now sounds wonderful! I just started writing really, and I really like writing about books that people wouldn’t really know about; it’s all about unknown authors with really popular and classic books mixed in I guess 🙂 What are your favourite things to post about? 🙂 xx

I love finding creative ways to photograph books and talking about all the positives to every book I read. I also love posting all the book related crafts I make 🙂

Hi Lizzy, I’m new to WordPress, and while browsing to find some good book reviewers sites, I stumbled on yours, and I immediately fell for your witty and funny tone. I’m well chuffed that I found you, AND that you’re from the UK too! ^_^

Hello there! My name is Aya, and I am a fellow book lover/blogger. I was wondering if you’d be interested in participating in a small project that I am doing. I wanted to ask a bunch of bloggers (49, to be exact :p), to give me one of their favorite book quotes. I’m going to compile them all in one post and then post it on my blog on the 22nd of this month. It’d be fantastic if you would be a part of this. Just let me know by this Sunday, please, so that I have plenty of time to compile and/or ask someone else. Thank you!
P.S. You are the 4th one to be asked!

    Hi!
I just happened to come upon your blog and I thought it was really interesting that you live in Stoke-on-Trent! I recently came back from a trip to Chipping Campden (which I don’t think is that far) it was inexplicably gorgeous. How do you stand living in a place drowning in such beauty?
